Rate Details: 30 night minimum stay required. Rates are based on two adults with up to two children. Required fees for additional guests are quoted on a case by case basis. Please note that an $150 non-refundable cleaning fee is charged per stay.
Cancellation Refund Policy: A cancellation made 61+ days before arrival is refunded, minus a $200 fee. For a cancellation made less than 60 days before arrival, the reservation is non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented, at which time a refund is given, minus a $200 fee.
